Kensington KPPCSD Board Meeting

A Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Kensington Police Protection and Community Services District will be rescheduled with a new start time and agenda from Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 6:00 P.M., to the new start time of 7:00 PM, still at the Community Center, 59 Arlington Avenue, Kensington, California. All documents distributed with the earlier start time agenda remain the same.

The Board will enter into Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957 following the Regular meeting.

Note: All proceedings of this meeting will be tape recorded and video taped.

1. Susila Patel will provide a presentation on teh Stroke Program at Doctors Medical Center in San Pablo.

2. General Manager Greg Harman will provide the Board with a mid-year budget review for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 for possible budget adjustment. Possible Board Action. Page 54

3. Director Kosel requests the Board discuss and consider changing law firms from Hanson/Bridgett to a yet unidentified law firm for District counsel. Possible Board Action.
