Here are the major public services offered to Kensington Residents:

EBMUD (Water)

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) supplies water and provides wastewater treatment for parts of Alameda and Contra Costa counties on the eastern side of San Francisco Bay in northern California.

Stege Sanitation (Sewer)

The Stege Sanitary District is an independent Special District of the State of California as reorganized under the Sanitary District Act of 1923. The District is a public agency administered by a duly elected five member Board of Directors. The Board of Directors currently meets monthly on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:00PM to discuss the business of the District. Members of the public are welcome to attend these public meetings.

Bayview (waste management)

Curbside recycling services for residences. Recyclables collected weekly and green waste (yard trimmings) collected monthly.

West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority

Pacific Gas and Electric Company, incorporated in California in 1905, is one of the largest combination natural gas and electric utilities in the United States. Based in San Francisco, the company is a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation.
